VeeBoards® Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of veeboard.com and any purchase of VeeBoards® products. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

1. Products & Intended Use

VeeBoards® cargo corner protectors are manufactured for flatbed, open-trailer, rail, and warehouse cargo securement. They are designed to satisfy FMCSA 49 CFR § 393.104(f)(4) edge protection requirements when properly installed as part of a complete, compliant securement system. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their full load securement system meets all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Availability is subject to change; we will contact you before fulfillment in the event of a stock shortage.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For fleet orders exceeding $2,000 we may offer net-30 terms on approved credit — contact [email protected]. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We are not liable for carrier delays or losses after handoff. See our Shipping Policy for full details including LTL fleet freight options.

5. Returns & Warranty

See our Return & Refund Policy. VeeBoards® products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or use outside intended cargo securement applications.

6. Intellectual Property

VeeBoards® and BrickGuard® are registered trademarks. All product designs, names, images, and website content are the intellectual property of VeeBoards® and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

VeeBoards® are a component of cargo securement — not a complete securement system. Buyers are responsible for proper installation and full regulatory compliance. VeeBoards® liability for any claim is limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas. Commercial parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before litigation.
