Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day from Carrollton, TX. Orders after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard parcel orders. For large fleet orders we offer LTL freight to commercial docks and warehouses — contact [email protected] for freight quotes on 100+ unit orders.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. For LTL fleet freight, your sales contact will provide freight tracking and delivery windows directly.
International Shipping
We ship VeeBoards® internationally. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance delays are the buyer’s responsibility. Transit typically runs 7–21 business days depending on country and customs processing. Contact us for international freight options on large orders.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your shipment at delivery. If damaged, photograph the product and packaging before moving anything, then contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will file the carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost.
